    Dear Susan,

    E-mail address “sbsbpabu@Microsoft.com” bounced.

I used BPA on several servers and I strongly believe that not all items that were found, were connected to the right error. The program detected something but the mentionned error is not the right one.

I followed the suggested KB articles, checked the systems against these articles and found them totally right installed. So from where comes the error?

    Regards,

    Leen,

The email is correct. You are most likely trying to send from behind a dynamic address. Can you send the message through Hotmail or an other large email provider?
