Dear Efax people.
YOU TOLD ME TWO MONTHS AGO THAT YOU CANCELED THIS. I DON’T WANT THIS SERVICE ANYMORE. THE CREDIT CARD IS EXPIRED. I CALLED EARLIER TODAY AND TALKED ON REF 005927917 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS INACTIVE.
STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE I DON’T WANT!
Okay yes I know I’m yelling but how many calls to Customer Support does it take to shut off cloud services? That’s my main beef right now with these things. Give them a credit card and they auto approve the subscriptions and you can’t get off of them. And then like now they keep trying to charge me for a service that I thought I cancelled two months ago, and just called again today and tried to cancel.
I was told by phone confirmation 005927917 that my account was not being charged, that it was inactive.
But bottom line Mr. efax people… I cancelled… twice now…
