This special course is offered to individuals interested in acquiring the key skills to administer Office 365 for Small Business clients and is especially designed for Microsoft partners excited to achieve a Small Business Competency through an Office 365 certification.

The popular “Jump Start” virtual classroom approach leverages two experts and an engaging team-teaching approach. We’re excited to introduce you to *Chris Oakman* from Eastridge Technology <>and *Stephen Hall* from District Computers <>-two Microsoft partners with real world experience and proven success implementing Office 365 for SMB customers. Chris and Steve will deliver this 200-level course via an accelerated, demo-rich learning experience. Hands-on Labs will not be provided.


Day 1: Office 365 Platform, Lync Online & SharePoint Online (9am – 4pm PST) * Module 1: Overview, Infrastructure & Partner Opportunity * Module 2: Office 365 User Management * Module 3: Office 365 Single Sign-On, DirSync & ADFS (Part 1) * Module 4: Lync Online * Module 5: SharePoint Online

Day 2: Exchange Online (9am – Noon PST)
* Module 6: Exchange Online
* Module 7: Online Hybrid & Migration
* Module 8: Exchange Online Protection and Compliance
