Essentials connector update for Windows 10

Updated the inbox component in Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials to use
the new client connector, so that the inbox component won’t get
uninstalled during Windows 10 upgrades.

It’s in that update rollup just out today.

And may I say… finally!

Note that the fix gets installed ON THE SERVER, not on the clients/Windows 10.

    Hi Susan, do you think this means we will need to re-install all client connectors after this optional server side fix is applied. It is not documented in any way, but my thinking is yes.

    I am also not sure how this will work with the SkipDomainJoin registry trick as that usually gets wiped as well every time there is an upgrade.

    Given the Anniversary Update is due out next week, I suppose we will all soon know.
