Dicas para os exames 70-246 e 70-247 sobre Nuvem Privada

Pessoal, acabei de voltar do Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2012 e lá tive a oportunidade de realizar os dois exames beta para Nuvem Privada da Microsoft. Logo, quero compartilhar com vocês a minha experiência com as duas provas, mas ainda assim respeitando o NDA (acordo para não revelar informações sigilosas sobre as perguntas em sí). Espero que este post seja útil.

Monitoring and Operating a Private Cloud with System Center 2012

 


 


 


Este é o primeiro exame relacionado com a nova carreira de certificação Private Cloud. De agora em diante teremos todos os componentes da suíte System Center sendo cobrados durante as perguntas, ou seja, espere encontrar neste exame perguntas sobre:

Dicas para o Exame


 


Após fazer esta prova, no formato beta ainda (71-246) as sugestões de estudo que eu gostaria de compartilha são:


 


1.    Estude bastante a utilização da console do Service Manager, para poder responder perguntas sobre como configurar uma lista, como criar um artigo na base de conhecimento e assim por diante. Vale também para o Operations Manager.


 


2.    Saiba alguns das funções básicas do Orchestrator como a criação de fluxos, início de atividades automáticas, funcionamento de alguns IPs padrão.


 


3.    Entenda como funciona a monitoração de recursos com o Operations Manager, os tipos possíveis de monitor e como funciona o fluxo de notificação quando um alerta é gerado.


 


4.    Compreenda a forma com que os componentes podem ser integrados, SCOM e SCVMM, SCSM e Orchestrator, tenha em mente que será necessário validar passos de integração para automatizar tarefas (perguntas com Drag and Drop)

Dicas para o Exame


 


Após fazer esta prova, no formato beta ainda (71-247) as sugestões de estudo que eu gostaria de compartilha são:


 


1.    Como o principal foca aqui é SCVMM, estude como criar e implementar serviços, entenda os diferentes tipos de templates e saiba como e o que fazer no SCVMM e App Controller


 


2.    Tenha em mente o que é requisito de instalação para cada componente, nada muito complexo que precisa ser decorado, mas sim apenas um alto nível de conhecimento para saber o que depende de que no caso de instalar o Reporting Services remoto ou até mesmo integrar o Orchestrator ao SCSM.


 


3.    Saiba como distribuir os papéis da melhor forma, garantindo alta disponibilidade, envolvendo Failover Cluster e NLB.


 


4.    Garanta que as sugestões de implementação e topologia respeitem as melhores práticas e possibilitem o crescimento do ambiente para suportar novas cargas de trabalho, com o menos esforço administrativo.

    Cleber, por qual prova você recomendaria começar qual apresentar menor nível de dificuldade na sua opinião?

    Cleber: Alves, na verdade as duas possuem quase o mesmo nível, porém começar pela 70-247 é o mais indicado, por ordem de tarefas. Abraço e boa sorte.

    Não sei se vcs já conhecem ,mas há ótimos simulados pra que, está estudando para certificação. Tudo em português com mais de 2000 questões para PMI, SQLSERVER, ITIL, WINDOWS SERVER, CCNA, .Net….
    Todas questões com respostas online e que gravam a evolução da prova.
    Achei beeeemmmm interessante.
