Ever had the problem using xcacls.exe or cacls for that matter to set permissions and it screws up the ordering.
Well it is addressed in KB825751 and a hotfix is available from PSS.
I have found you can download it from the MS site now, though the KB articles have not been updated to note this yet.
They have gotten it together over at MS and put up a searchable portal for all MS Blogs.
There are some not so obvious features, like OPML’s of all the feeds.

I have started building a new website.
The old one was much neglected and as it pertains to Windows 98 I decided to make a clean break from it.
The new one is a little light on content so far, but this will change fairly quickly.

You get the added bonus of security fixes that is not available to XP SP1
XP SP2 has a security console that detects whether AV and Firewall are turned on.
So far it can recognise the following AV products.
Ahnlab (will detect presence only)
McAfee Norton (will detect presence only)
If your AV is not on this list then get onto your AV manufacturer and microsoft and let them know you expect them to sort it out.
