I’ll wager that you do not have backups of anything, no restore CD/DVD, no clue how to restore from a recovery partition.
Don’t expect anybody to be able to recover lost data in its entirety because that rarely happens (re Murphy’s Law).
Any registry cleaner claiming to be SAFE will only take out anything which could have been left exactly where it was, without any performance penalty.
