I tried to locate previous posts on this subject but was unable to find one. Hard to believe I’m the only person to ask this question.

We created a custom list by importing an Excel spreadsheet.

I need to be able to print the list in a formatted manner. And we don’t want each person to have to export to Excel and individually format for printing each time.

Is there an easy way to print a formatted custom list?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Your best bet would be to print from the uploaded excel spreadsheet.

There are more print options via excel than IE.

Thanks,

The solutions described about adding the print functionality to web parts is great, however the formatting is still limited to the IE print function.  Excel has a great ability to format the print job.

Thanks,
