Subject: Apply alternate CSS to a site

Hi,

I’m just learning how to customize the appearance of a sharepoint site. According to “Essential SharePoint 2007” it should be possible to assign an alternate CSS to a site:

“Navigate to the home page of the site and click Site Actions -> Site Settings, and then click Master page under the Look and Feel heading.”

But I don’t have “Master Page” under “Look and Feel”!? Am I missing something? Any hint what I might be doing wrong?

regards,
Achim

You find the master page under the “master page gallery” .

It is possible to apply an alternate .css file
