How to exploit the WPF Device Independent Pixel

The Device Independent Pixel (DIP) is a logical pixel, independent of the resolution of the display device : 96 DIP correspond to 1 inch (2.54 cm). In theory. Because in practice, things are not quite so simple. But it’s OK with the help of some functions, which I publish in the Perspective open-source library. Explanations.
