Rule one – don’t use the HP software to power a 90 degree rotation.   Instead use the drivers from video cards to power that rotation.

The FX570 card includes the ability to flip the rotation of the second monitor.  It’s a PCI-E card and easily can replace one that’s in a XP or Vista machine.  The drivers aren’t buggy, don’t blue screen and have been very solid.

Bottom line, don’t use the HP monitor software, use the Nvidia driver based one.
