At this point a root cause has not yet been determined and the team is working on keeping the site up while at the same time investigating the root cause so they can be addressed as soon as possible. Until all the issues are addressed users on the MSDN, TechNet and Expression forums may experience periodic errors, slow response times and key features like code and image insert have been temporarily disabled. The Forums on the Microsoft brand, namely the Partner Private forums and the MVP Private forums are currently offline until we can safely enable them without impacting the rest of the application. The team is working non stop on the issue and will continue until it is resolved.
