The problem patch of the month appears to be

MS13-081: Description of the security update for USB drivers: October 8, 2013:

It’s a kernel update (first wammy)

It’s a usb kernel update (second wammy)

And we have a lot of usb drivers.  If anyone has impacted customers, make sure you call into support.  Microsoft cannot fix what they don’t understand.  Without repros, they can’t fix.  Don’t assume they have the same usb driver configs as you do.
