In Windows 10, you can directly share files in File Explorer using installed UWP (Universal Windows Platform) apps such as Mail, Twitter, OneNote, Cortana Reminders, Facebook, Skype, etc…

You can also use the Share UI from Windows 10 in Microsoft Edge to share a web page URL link using a Microsoft Store app, or copy link to your clipboard so you easily can paste it into your app of choice.

Starting in Microsoft Edge Canary 82.0.431.0, you can now turn on to show the Share button on the toolbar for the browser. It is turned off by default.
