SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Windows Media Digital Rights Management (WMDRM) offers enhanced protection for your content when you transfer content to a portable device by using WMDRM. However, when you transfer content, the TransferCount property on the content may be decremented by 2 instead of by 1.
