AMTSO at Virus Bulletin Conference

Despite its high-minded aim of improving malware testing for everyone, the Anti-Malware Testing Standards Organization isn’t universally loved by all in the security industry. Some perceive it as an elite clique of big security vendors. Others see a group devoted solely to its own self-interest, or some kind of monopoly. And some are enthused by the AMTSO guidelines for testing but feel the group isn’t doing enough about them.
