We’ve gotten so used to ransomware using AES encryption that we forget that sometimes “simple” is just as good. The BART ransomware just zips up the files and password protects it. Virtually unbreakable. Bart ransomware shows it can be effective without sophisticated encryption

The stable channel has been updated to 51.0.2704.106 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. The Beta channel 52.0.2743.49 (Platform version: 8350.38.0) has been released for all Chrome OS devices.
