    “Fixed” Windows 10 October Update (1809) still has file problems

    Even After Microsoft’s Fix, Windows 10’s 1809 Update Is Still Botching File Operations This time, it’s the “unzip” function that appears to have problems. Not sure yet how wide spread it is, but be prepared to install a 3rd party unzip program!!
