Microsoft reveals causes and extent of Windows 10 October 2018 Update File Deletion bug
According to Microsoft, the uses of file redirection (know as Known File Redirection/KFR) are the causes of the recent problems with files being deleted. Is this the whole story? We’ll have to wait and see.
