During the past week or so there were several messages spread about availability of betas for some products of MS and some new tools. Some of them are definitely of interest to me and, probably, for you. I love those IPDs. You don’t know what “IPD guide” stands for? Well… I suggest it to be for “I Plan Darn good”. MS, all of a sudden, thinks that it is for “Infrastructure Planning and Design guide”. DPM 2010 Upgrade Advisor

Guys from the DPM team issued small Excel tool which allows to receive instant overview of steps required to upgrade your current DPM infrastructure. The tool covers questions of upgrading from DPM 2007 RTM to 2010 RTM (pre-release) installed on various OSs and in diverse configurations.
