SharePoint Saturday San Diego 2012 wrap

Wow, this is one of my favorite SharePoint Saturday events due to the love the attendees give you and being able to hang with Chris Givens, his wonderful wife, Jeremy Thake and Nick Carr from AvePoint, David Kruglov from ShareSquared, Nedra Allmond from Perficient, Steve and the guys from Axceler along with all of the new people I have been so fortunate to meet. The only SharePoint Peep missing was Randy but I know he’s off in Asia having a great time.. Randy we still missed you!

Also, it was great weekend because I received the SharePoint Server MVP Award for the third time, I am so blessed and honored! I am just very lucky to have the opportunity to meet and work with all the other SharePoint Peeps and I look forward to seeing everyone in SharePoint Saturday Toronto this weekend July 7th , then I will be doing a session with the San Fernando Valleys SharePoint User Group on July 11th and I have uploaded the session to SlideShare already in preparation of the SPUG event (I was working the last time in OC and missed the UG meeting though I called getting to the San Fernando Valley from OC can take 4 hours ;( but I still have to upload the Toronto Presentation (just when I thought I was almost finished working for the weekend, lol…)

In addition, I will be working on the second edition of Business Intelligence in Microsoft SharePoint vNext book with some pretty cool people and the first edition is here.

So that’s a wrap to another SharePoint Saturday weekend with another one on the way in Toronto next weekend. I miss everyone from this weekend already, I am so glad we have another one next weekend and I may go to the SharePoint Saturday New York but only as an attendee. How can you miss a chance to hang with SharePoint Peeps ion New York???

Have fun everyone and have a great week

SharePoint Saturday San Diego Session Schedule

I just received the the schedule from Randy today and in his words; We’re T-minus 12 days away from SharePoint Saturday San Diego, and I want to let you know that we have made a few adjustments to the event schedule.

The event is sold out, and we are expecting a strong turnout! Unfortunately, Randy won’t be at the event personally, but he is sure you will all be rocking it! The Weather in San Diego during this time will be sunny and warm.
