! Change in TechEd US 2008

“On October 31, 2007, Microsoft announced a change in the event format for TechEd US 2008. TechEd will now focus one week on Developers and one week on IT Professionals. The purpose of the change is to better serve the distinct needs of the Developer and the IT Pro.”

Both events will take place in Orlando, FL at Orange County Convention Center.

Developers: June 3-6, 2008

IT Professionals: June 10-13, 2008

  1. I think it’s obsurd for those of us whom cross platforms. There’s no way I can afford to attend a 10 day TechEd – nor be out of the office for that duration. How many people can?

    It’s true, but normally people go only to IT or to Dev sessions, and now take one week, like a MOC course. Two weeks oof its very bad if you plan to see all event.
