I found this post on the Expression Web Team blog this morning. If you are using Expression Web, and publishing to a server with the FrontPage Server Extension installed, you may not know there is a way to manage your FPSE Site permissions without using FrontPage 2003. This happened to me yesterday and I remembered that Rob Giordano (Crash), a Microsoft MVP for Expression Web, had discovered and shared the solution in the microsoft.public.frontpage.client newsgroup. In IE7 Tools | Internet Options | Security | Local Intranet | Sites | Advanced and add localhost to the list.
