I received a lovely email today – I want to say thank you to Trish for ‘powering up the batteries’ so to speak.  It is so easy to get tired when fighting spyware and malware, but every so often we receive emails like this, that remind us why we keep going:

“I cannot thank you enough for giving me back my PC.  I have been plagued with malware since January.  I had even done a clean reinstall of my OS – to no avail – the malware found me!!  It has only been since carefully and fully following your detailed instructions on your ‘Spyware Home Page’ that it seems to be working.  I have been malware/infection free for 8 days!!
Please feel free to use me as a testimonial to your diligent efforts!
Thank you again,
Trisha Still”
