For heavens sake, just withdraw the charges and have done with it!
Julie Amero’s sentencing has been delayed, for the third time, this time until 18 May. Apparently the reason for the latest delay is that “The state has not completed a full examination of all the issues which may affect its position at the sentencing hearing,“.

I agree with you. I have been watching the news to see what US justice would do with a lady who is so obviously innocent of the charges brought against her. Especially as the conviction seems to be based on the evidence of an incompetent government ‘Techie.’
Drop the charge and let the lady have her life back!
It seems O.J. had a better lawyer, more $$.
This should have been a slam dunk dismissal case.
There is so much wrong with this case, I believe the DA has an agenda beyond this case…
