The link is for Microsoft Office Developer Tools Preview 2 for Visual Studio 2015 and it ships with new templates that support SharePoint 2016 for SharePoint solutions and add-ins.
I tried this on VS2015 with SP2016 RTM installed and it worked for me.
What do you say?
I haven’t had a chance to look at the Preview 2 tools yet. I will post a new video when I do.
